Through your new client registration, we will take time to understand your pet not only through their medical history, but as a whole being—their constitution, environment, and the patterns that shape their health over time. From this, we’re able to create a care approach that is thoughtful, individualized, and aligned with their needs.

To support a thoughtful and individualized healing process, we begin with a pre-visit energetic scan using Thera/BICOM technology. This gentle, non-invasive assessment allows us to enter your pet’s consultation with greater clarity and intention, and to prepare insights that will be reviewed together during your visit. A deposit ($111), along with a photo of your pet, is requested to initiate this process and support the time and care involved in preparing your pet’s assessment, as well as reviewing all medical records so that we are able to customize your experience according to your pet's specific needs. This deposit will be applied toward your initial consultation and is refundable up to 48 hours prior to your visit. After submitting the Registration Form, one of our team members will be in touch to schedule your appointment and collect the deposit.
